Welcome to our lab!
The Statistical Learning and Longitudinal Modeling Lab studies quantitative methods for the social and behavioral sciences. We develop and evaluate statistical methods for statistical learning (data mining, machine learning, etc.), longitudinal modeling, structural equation modeling, and more. We're also interested in applying these methods to help solve problems in a variety of disciplines, including psychology, education, medicine, economics, and more.
Our lab is a part of the Department of Psychology at the University of South Carolina. We are accepting PhD students for Fall 2024, so if you're interested, please reach out or apply!
